1. Payment Terms

  • For Product Delivery:
    50% advance payment is required for production. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash upon delivery.
  • For Supply & Installation:
    50% advance payment is required before production, 40% must be paid in cash upon delivery, and the final 10% after successful installation and client approval.
  • All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delays in payment may result in work suspension or delivery hold.

2. Quotation & Agreement

  • All details related to products, materials, and services will be provided through an official quotation and agreement copy.
  • The quotation is valid for a limited period as mentioned in the document. Any changes after acceptance will require written approval from both parties.

3. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery timelines will be mutually agreed upon based on order confirmation and payment receipt.
  • Installation will be carried out as per the project schedule, provided all required site conditions are met.
  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as unavailability of site access, power supply, or material storage issues.

4. Site Requirements (For Civil Work)

  • The client must provide electricity, water supply, and material storage space at the project site to ensure smooth execution of work.
  • Any delay or additional cost due to lack of these provisions will be borne by the client.

5. Testing & Certification

  • Any laboratory test, engineering calculation, or technical certification required will be charged extra, and the cost will be payable by the client.
  • The company shall not proceed with such testing unless written confirmation and payment approval are received from the client.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Any defective or damaged product will be eligible for return or replacement within 3 working days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval by the company.
  • Products customized or installed on-site are non-returnable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Products come with standard warranty terms as mentioned in the quotation or manufacturer’s document.
  • The company shall not be liable for damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors beyond its control.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All client information and project details will be kept strictly confidential and used only for business-related purposes.
  • No data will be shared with third parties except as necessary for completing the project or as required by law.

9. Force Majeure

  • The company shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable local laws.
  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the local courts.
