1. Payment Terms

For Product Delivery:
50% advance payment is required for production, and the remaining 50% shall be paid in cash upon delivery. -
For Supply & Installation:
50% advance payment is required before production, 40% shall be paid in cash upon delivery, and the remaining 10% after successful installation.
2. Quotation and Agreement
All product details, specifications, and item descriptions will be provided through the official quotation and agreement copy. The agreement shall serve as the final reference for product scope, pricing, and delivery terms.
3. Site and Utilities
For civil work projects, the client must provide essential utilities such as electricity, water supply, and storage space for materials and tools.
4. Testing and Certification
Any laboratory or engineering test reports, calculations, or certifications required will incur additional charges, payable by the client.
5. Return and Refund Policy

If any product is found defective or fails to meet the agreed durability standards, the payment for such item(s) will be refunded within 3 working days after verification.

Products must be returned in their original condition, along with proof of purchase and installation (if applicable).

Customized, installed, or specially ordered items are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment used during purchase.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

All client information, including contact details, payment data, and project documents, will be handled with strict confidentiality.
